Thank you for supporting us! Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Event Tickets
All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on event tickets unless the event is cancelled by us, the event hosts.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or scheduling conflicts.
If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date.
Items & Merchandise
We do not accept returns or issue refunds on merchandise. However, we offer store credit in the following cases:
Eligible for Store Credit:
Items that arrive damaged or defective
You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
You provide a clear photo showing the damage
Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s purchase price (shipping not included).
Not Eligible:
Items reported after the 7-day window
Damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear
Items returned without contacting us first
How to Request Store Credit

Your order number
Photo(s) of the damaged item
A brief description of the issue
We will respond within 2 business days.
