Thank you for supporting us! Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Event Tickets

All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on event tickets unless the event is cancelled by us, the event hosts.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or scheduling conflicts.

  • If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future date.

Items & Merchandise

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on merchandise. However, we offer store credit in the following cases:

Eligible for Store Credit:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • You provide a clear photo showing the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue store credit equal to the item’s purchase price (shipping not included).

Not Eligible:

  • Items reported after the 7-day window

  • Damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear

  • Items returned without contacting us first

How to Request Store Credit

Please email us at [HELLO@VINYLDRIFT.ORG] with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photo(s) of the damaged item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 2 business days.
